abn8 operates primarily in Malaysia and stores data in data centres located in the Asia Pacific region. In certain circumstances, data may be transferred to servers outside Malaysia for backup or disaster recovery purposes.
Any international data transfers will only take place to countries or companies that:
- Has equivalent or stricter data protection laws
- Have signed standard data processing agreements that comply with international guidelines
- Has obtained approval from the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia where required
abn8 ensuring that all data transfers are protected by adequate contractual safeguards and comply with the requirements of Malaysia's PDPA 2010.
Children's Privacy
Platform abn8 is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18. We do not target or knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Should we discover that personal data of an individual under the age of 18 has been collected without proper verification, we will immediately:
- Closing the account in question
- Delete all data associated with that individual
- Returning any remaining fund balance in accordance with established procedures

Please Note
Payment providers such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and banking platforms such as Maybank2u have their own privacy policies. When you make a payment through their platforms, your data is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

abn8 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other relevant reasons. All amendments will:
